We require an Activities Assistant and the role will involve:

  • Supporting Mentoring Coordinators, teachers, coaches and centre Manager in setting up activities both indoor and outdoor
  • Assisting in researching, planning and implementing events
  • Ensuring students and volunteers are engaged and safe during activities’
  • Completing administrative tasks prior to and post events
  • Working under the supervision on risk Matrix and Risk Asessment
  • Communicating and liaising with staff at all stages of events preparation
  • Attend team and supervision meetings when possible
