Multi-award winning theatre group Inspirations Theatre Company are seeking volunteers to help front of house who will deliver the highest standards of customer service to all audiences at their productions, ensuring a welcoming and accessible service to all patrons.
Overview
This position will involve representing Inspirations as the first point of contact with patrons attending their musical productions. Must have an appreciation for customer service, be comfortable using technology and have excellent organisational skills to ensure each show is produced with excellent quality.
Responsibilities
– To welcome patrons, scan tickets, usher patrons to seats and act as the point of contact for enquiries.
– To distribute programmes pre-performance.
– To prepare and then sell refreshments during pre-performance, during the interval and post-performance.
– To sell tickets to patrons purchasing on the door pre-performance.

We specialise in producing 'West-End style' shows and concerts in venues across our region with all three performance disciplines (acting, singing, dancing) covered at a level where everyone can be involved thanks to our fantastic, volunteer, teaching team who each specialise in a specific performance area.
